These terms describe how requests submitted through the Mick Tours website and app are handled.

Requests and approval
A booking for a future date is a request and does not immediately confirm a driver. It remains pending until administrative review.
After approval, the request may be offered to eligible drivers within the defined operating window. The client receives updates through the available channels.
Estimates and changes
Prices and durations displayed before confirmation are estimates based on the available information and route. Route changes, waiting time or additional requirements may require a review.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate contact details, locations, dates and information, treat drivers and staff respectfully, and communicate relevant changes in advance.
Cancellations and availability
Cancellations should be made through the available channels. Approval does not remove exceptional situations involving availability, traffic, weather or other factors beyond Mick Tours' reasonable control.
