Device location is used only with the user's permission and when needed to select a point or follow an active service.

We use data to authenticate users, calculate estimates, review and manage requests, assign drivers, send notifications and respond to quotation or support requests.

We share only the necessary operational data with administrators, assigned drivers and technical providers used for communications, maps and infrastructure. Mick Tours does not sell personal data.

We apply access controls and reasonable technical measures, although no Internet-connected system can provide absolute security.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve operational matters.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data through our support address, subject to applicable legal requirements.
